Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the item is shipped to the European Union. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
